3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and accept cryptocurrency where available.

$19 one-time — Individual skill, lifetime access
$49 one-time — NStack PRO bundle (4 workflow skills)
$9/month — All 9 skills subscription

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all one-time purchases. If you're not satisfied with a skill, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; you'll retain access until the end of your billing period.

5. License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the skill for personal or commercial projects. You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or share the skill files
Use the skill to build competing products
Remove or alter any proprietary notices
Use the skill in violation of applicable laws

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Nova California Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our skills, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the skill.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fresno County, California.
